Sometimes I just want to share a YouTube link and dub it and understand it.

We should be able to dub videos from one language to another.

The voice sometimes takes too long of a breath

We should be able to set a default language

We should be able to replay a generation

Add SSML editing to the subtitles

Format subtitles (Bold, italic, etcetera)

HTML/XML based text editing, to improve emphasis on screens.

Positional subtitles

Have the ability to position subtitles in the video according to the actor's face position.
